Okamoto on September 30, 1967. Pictured here from left-to-right: Marine Corps Capt. Charles S. Robb, boyfriend of Lynda Bird Johnson; Lynda Bird Johnson; Lady Bird Johnson; Luci Baines Johnson; and Patrick Nugent, Luci's husband. Luci holds Yuki, the family's beloved mixed-breed dog. Luci discovered Yuki at a gas station on Thanksgiving Day in 1966, where he was soon adopted by the family and became a favorite of President Lyndon B. Johnson.
